Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy can help you deal with emotional problems and disturbances,
come to terms with your experiences, and understand your potentials. Our
thoughts have power. We become what we think about. We have the power to
move ourselves out of negative, self-destructive thinking.
As a
psychotherapist, I can help you adjust to changing circumstances and the
transition from one stage of life to the next. I can also help you set
goals, overcome barriers, access resources and plan a fulfilling productive
life.
The goal of therapy is for you to be able to handle life’s challenges
positively and confidently without my intervention. Since self-awareness and
self-acceptance are goals that take time to achieve, I am committed to
giving effective, cost-efficient counseling that will help my patients
resolve their problems.
