Art
is the symbolic language through which the heart speaks. It is
the soul’s voice and the key to transformation, joy and peace.
Art
therapy is based on the belief that the creative process
involved in the making of art is healing and life-enhancing.
Art*Works
is a therapeutic workshop designed to promote personal awareness
and growth through the creation of themed projects.
Through the creation of themed art pieces, you are encouraged
to explore your inner self.

This two hour workshop teaches you how to
tune into your “inner self”. You will learn how to connect with
your wise mind (also known as your intuition!) and how to create
from that place. It’s impossible to make a mistake when you are
expressing your inner feelings! It’s a fun and enlightened way
to fully explore your true self…
Honor yourself by setting aside time to explore your creativity,
and begin to create and experience your life in balance.

ART*WORKS! explores your “inner self” utilizing art therapy
techniques to foster growth and self awareness.
ART
THERAPY~ is an effective tool used as an alternative to tap into
the subconscious mind.
ART*WORKS! Is a creative way of rediscovering memories and
emotions that sometimes cause blocks in more traditional group
processes.
As
long as you are open and keep growing as a self, you will live-
really live.
I
encourage everyone to take advantage of this group process.
You owe it to your “self”.
